【摘要】 以扁桃新品种浓美、超美、美心为材料,对影响扁桃茎尖初代培养的主要因素——植物激素种类、浓度和基本培养基等进行了筛选。结果表明:在G培养基中添加6-BA 0.5 mg/L+IBA 0.125 mg/L可使浓美品种的茎尖增殖系数达3.4,有效苗率达56%;在MS培养基中添加6-BA 0.25 mg/L+GA3 0.5 mg/L可使超美的茎尖增殖系数达3.2,有效苗率达100%。更多还原

【Abstract】 The screen study was carried out on effect of different kinds and concentration of phytohormone and medium on shoot tip initial culture of new almond variety of Nong-mei, Chaomei and Meixin. The results showed that multiplication rate of inducing shoot tip differentiation of Nongmei was reached to 3.4 and effective branch rate was 56% on the optimum G medium with adding 0. 5 mg/L 6-BA,0.125 mg/L IBA and 0 mg/L GA3, while multiplication rate of inducing shoot tip differentiation of Chaomei was reached 3. 2 and effective branch rate was 100% on the optimum MS medium with adding 0. 25 mg/L 6-BA , 0mg/L IBA and 0. 5 mg/L GA3.更多还原
