【摘要】 本文使用描述系统结构的规则集,给出了系统结构,系统结构模式和环境模式的概念.建立了基于自然进化机理的评价理论模型.

【Abstract】 In this paper, make use of the rule set describing system structure, theconcepts of the system structure and schema of the system structure, and the conceptof environment schema are presented. An appraising theory model is estalishedbased on natural evolution principle.
