珠江八大口门渔场水生态环境调查

【摘要】 2003年对珠江八大口门进行采样,分析总磷、总氮、非离子氨、高锰酸盐指数、硫化物、石油类、挥发酚、铜、铅、锌、镉、镍、铬、汞、砷等15项理化因子。结果表明,珠江八大口门主要污染物是总氮、非离子氨、汞、铜、镉、镍和石油,各口门污染物的组成比不同,八大口门污染程度由重到轻排序为:鸡啼门>磨刀门>虎门>横门、崖门>虎跳门>蕉门>洪沥门。浮游动、植物的组成数量分析表明,浮游植物共有9门51属种,其中以硅藻的种属最多,浮游动物以哲水蚤目及臂尾轮虫等的数量较大。浮游植物年平均数量焦门最多,为1.72×106个/L,浮游动物年平均数量虎门最多,为179个/L。各口门叶绿素a介于13.01-32.14μg/L,总平均量是26.11μg/L。

【Abstract】 Sampling in eight estuaries of Pearl river in 2003, and analyze the fifteen physical and chemical factors: total phosphorus(T-P), total nitrogen(T-N), non-ionic ammonia (NH3-N) , exponent of permanganate, sulfide(S2-), petroleum oil, volatile phenylic acid, Cu, Pb, Zn, Cd, Ni, Cr, Hg, As and so on. The result shows that the principal pollutants of the eight estuaries of Pearl River are T-N, NH3-N, Hg, Cu, Cd, Ni and petroleum oil, and each estuary has different proportion of different pollutants . The pollution level of the eight estuaries arrange from heavy to light are as follows: Jitimen estuary > Modaomen estuary > Humen estuary > Hengmen estuary, Yamen estuary > Hutiaomen estuary > Jiaomen estuary > Honglimen estuary. The analysis of zooplankton and phytoplankton indicate that there are 9 categories and 51 specieses zooplankton, in zooplankton, the diatom has the greatest number of species, and Calanoida and Rotifera have the greatest number in phytoplankton. Jiaomen estuary has the greatest average number of phytoplankton per year, 1.72×106 individual/L, and Humen estuary has the greatest average number of zooplankton per year, 179 individual/L. Different estuary has 13.01-32.14μg/L Chl α,average 26.11μg/L.
