知识化制造系统的知识网数据库设计

【摘要】 首先分析了KMS自重构中的数据操作过程,设计了知识网E-R图.在此基础上,通过设计先进制造模式与知识网之间映射关系表实现两者之间一对一的映射.通过设计知识网公共属性表、知识点间继承流和信息流表、知识点功能描述表和虚拟Agent表,实现知识网的面向关系数据库的表示.通过设计知识点功能的资源约束、父知识点功能与子知识点功能之间的约束和功能与信息流之间的约束等3个基表,评判知识网的有效性与合理性.然后根据KMS的特点与数据库表的逻辑设计给出了数据库的物理实现.该知识网数据库已作为KMS自重构工具的一个重要组成部分并已成功运行.

【Abstract】 The data operating process of the knowledgeable manufacturing system (KMS) self-reconfiguration is analyzed and the E-R graph of knowledge meshes is designed. On the basis of these, a base table of mapping relationships between advanced manufacturing modes and knowledge meshes is designed to realize one-to-one mapping relationships between them. The relational-database-oriented representation of the knowledge mesh is implemented by designing four base tables, i.e., common attributes of knowledge meshes, inherited flows and message flows between knowledge points, function description of knowledge points, and virtual agents. The validity and rationality of knowledge meshes are judged by designing three base tables, i.e., resource constraints of knowledge point functions, constraints between father knowledge point functions and son ones, and constraints between functions and message flows. The physical structure of the database is then designed according to the characters of KMS and the logic structure of the database. So far, the knowledge mesh database has become an important component of the KMS self-reconfiguring tool and been run successfully.
