几种基本培养基对紫花白试管苗生长的影响

【摘要】 Kwintkowski等(1991)的简化培养基在降低生产成本、提高繁殖系数、降低污染的同时又使试管苗健壮生长方面比其他4种简化培养基具有明显的优越性,是一种实用性较强的培养基。

【Abstract】 The basic medium proposed by Kwintkowski et al in 1991 is the best medium for rapid propagation of the in vitro plantlets of potato cultivar Zihuabai. Comparing to the other 4 media, it has the advantages of low production cost, high propagation ratio, and low contamination ratio, and ensure the plantlets to be healthy. Other 2 media based on MA and Gexin don’ t behave well.
