玉米雄性不育细胞质单倍体的诱导

【摘要】 采用传统的回交方法进行细胞质雄性不育系的转育一般需6个以上世代。利用具有不育细胞质的W23ig诱导系快速转育雄性不育系,在玉米育种上有很大的利用价值。我们以W23cms-VGig、W23cms-CAig、W23cms-MEig、W23cms-SDig等4个诱导系对HZ126、HZ127、HZ128、HZ132等4个自交系进行诱导转育育种,获得1株具有雄性不育细胞质的单倍体,证实了利用W23cms ig诱导系快速转育雄性不育系的可行性。本文讨论了对细胞质雄性不育系进行诱导转育的育种方法。

【Abstract】 As we all know, for transferring a cytoplasmic male sterile (cms) line of maize by traditional backcross methods, 6 and more generations are usually required. Rapid transferring of male sterile line using W23ig inducer with male sterile cytoplasm is very useful in breeding maize. We have carried out a induce-transferring breeding to 4 inbred lines including HZ126、HZ127、HZ128 and HZ132, using 4 inducers including W23crns-VG ig、W23cms-CA ig、W23cms-ME ig and W23cms-SD ig, and have obtained one haploid with male sterile cytoplasm; It has demonstrated the capability of rapid transferring of male sterile line by W23cms ig inducer. The paper have discussed the breeding method for induced transferring of male sterile line.
