铝合金表面含氟自润滑层成分分布与组织形貌

【摘要】 使用添加MoS2和少量Fe粉改性处理的聚四氟乙烯,在常用的Al-Si-Cu系铝合金表面经硬质阳极氧化后,采用热浸法制备改性含氟的自润滑层。分析了涂层的形貌和填料成分分布以及对性能的影响。

【Abstract】 The PTFE coating flux was modified by adding MoS2 and other powder. Self-lubricating fluorine coating was prepared by hot-dipped method on the surface of aluminum alloy which had been anodized to get porous anodizing film. The impact of the composition distributions and morphologies on the properties of the coating was analyzed.
