【摘要】 <正>氢吗啡酮(Hydromorphone,HYD)为半合成的强镇痛药,其结构与吗啡类似,而镇痛作用大约是吗啡的8倍,且副作用较吗啡轻,临床主要用于缓解癌症、术后、软组织创伤等引起的中强度疼痛。HYD在体内发生广泛的结合代谢,HYD-3-葡萄糖苷酸是其主要代谢物。HYD的消除半衰期仅为2.5 h,为获得良好镇痛效果,HYD在临床用药时需每隔4小时给药一次,为方便患者用药,延长给药间隔的缓释制剂的研制引起国内外学者的关注,本实验旨在建立一种快速、灵敏的液相色谱-质谱联用法测定比格犬更多还原

【Abstract】 A specific liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) method had been developed for the determination of hydromorphone (HYD) in Beagle dogs plasma. Chromatography of HYD and the internal standard were achieved on a Zorbax SB Cs column. Atmospheric pressure chemical ionization source was applied and operated in positive ion mode.更多还原
