钢球磨支承托辊受力的有限元分析

【摘要】 采用三维单元对钢球磨支承托辊进行了有限元应力分析。结果表明,托辊在接触面范围内应力较大,且为压应力,其他部位应力较小,最大接触压应力发生在接触表面中心线上,并且在托辊与轮带相接触的两端。
【Abstract】 The ball mill supporting by rollers is a new mill. To find out the stress distributing of the roller, in this paper, the stress on the supporting roller of the ball mill is analysed by FEM with 3-D element. The results show that the stress on the roller of the contact region is larger than other parts, and is press stress. The largest stress is on the end of the center of the contact region.
