汽车悬挂振动系统的非线性动力学建模

【摘要】 汽车悬挂系统非线性特性对汽车行驶平顺性的影响一般很难直接通过实验获得。建立能够较好反映悬挂系统非线性特性的整车动力学模型,并通过计算机仿真手段来研究此问题是汽车技术发展的迫切需要。汽车本质上是一个复杂的非线性振动系统,悬挂系统是整车非线性环节的重要组成部分。该文分析了汽车悬挂系统的弹性元件和阻尼元件的非线性特性,构造了它们的数学模型。在整车振动系统非线性动力学模型中使用了悬挂系统非线性弹性力和阻尼力,并将汽车行驶过程中路面随机激励以时域路面轮廓的形式表达。通过使用该模型进行数值仿真,悬挂系统非线性特性对汽车平顺性的影响情况能够方便地获得。
【Abstract】 Generally, the influence of nonlinear characteristic of automobile suspension system on automotive riding comfort is very difficult to obtain directly by experiment. Therefore, it has been an urgent demand for the development of automotive technology that vehicle dynamic models be established to accurately reflect nonlinear characteristics of suspension system and to study them by means of computer simulation methods. Automobile is essentially a complicated nonlinear vibration system, in which suspension system is one of the most important part. Nonlinear characteristics of elastic and damping components in automotive suspension system were analyzed and mathematic models of them were respectively designed in this paper. In nonlinear dynamic model of vehicle vibration system the mathematic models were included, the random excitation to vehicle caused by road were used as the system input in the form of road contour in the time domain. It is convenient that the information about the influence of nonlinear characteristics of suspension system on automotive riding comfort can expediently investigated by numeric simulation of vehicle vibration by the means of the nonlinear dynamic model.
