主动磁轴承的控制现状及发展

【摘要】 介绍了一种新型的机电一体化产品—主动磁悬浮轴承,阐述了它的工作原理,并解释了它的控制原理,以及控制的发展过程以及现状。
【Abstract】 This paper presents the principle of the active magnetic bearing and its controller system . The development of linear control and nonlinear control of the active magnetic bearing is discussed. Future development is suggested. The ways of linear control of the active magnetic bearing are analyzed and given some examples design by others to evaluate it. Nonlinear control of the active magnetic bearing is also reviewed. How to increase the stable margin in high speed and decrease the average amplitude of the rotor’ s unbalance response is emphasized in different control methods.
