【Abstract】 Nitrogen determining instrument is developed from the principle of Kieldahl’s measurement that gauges the nitrogen content in organism. The paper presents this instrument, including the operating principle, the design of software and hardware. The instrument consists of MPU circuit and intelligent parts.
