【摘要】 本文介绍的控制器具有控制功能多、控制速度快等特点,此控制器采用两片单片机串行通讯的方式,实现信息的交换。在对喷油泵转速调整方面,采用变频器无级调速系统,实现对电机转速的控制,提高了控制精度。除此之外,还实现了对油温、喷油次数的测量与控制。本文主要介绍了用于喷油泵试验台控制器的硬件及软件的实施方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article describes the controller that can satisfy the features of many control functions and fast control functions, the controller uses two microcontrollers, serial communication for fulfilling the data transmission. To adjust tachometric of spray gasoline pump, the speed control system of frequency converter is needed that can control the machine’s tachometric and improve the control precision. Accept that,the controller can also measure and control the temperature of gasoline and the number of spray.
