【Abstract】 We made an approach to the breakdown model and the distribution of a whale machining center and its subsystem. We also further analyzed the breakdown reason, and pointed out how to improve the reliability of machining center. The study indicates that the tool magazine and the mechanical arm are the weakest point of the reliability in making the breakdown rate of the host machine so high.更多还原
