【Abstract】 The author induced the eggs of Sparus macrocephalus by physical method include pressure , heat, and cold shock.. All on the basis of the observing of fetation of black bream. Observed the tetraploid chromosome in ebmbryo cells. Thus abtained the optimal inducement parameters in the test. This development make the plat of the breeding of tetraplont of black bream.更多还原
