拮抗细菌诱导番茄植株抗灰霉病机理研究

【摘要】 拮抗细菌W3、Y2(paenibacillus polymyxa)和W10(Bacillus licheniformis)及其去菌液能诱导番茄叶片产生对灰霉病(Bortytis cinerea)的系统抗性。W3及其去菌液诱导处理后,叶内过氧化物酶(POD)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)、苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性明显增强。诱导后3d,POD和PPO活性最高,分别比对照增加34.7%~54.1%和78.5%~78.7%,6d后仍大于对照;PAL诱导后1d活性最大,是对照的3.8~3.9倍,6d后仍为对照的2.5倍;SOD活性诱导后2d达高峰,6d后梢高于对照。活性氧(O~2)产生速率诱导后1d最大,比对照增加85.6%~88.6%,以后急剧下降,6d后接近对照。拮抗细菌W3诱导后1d或2d,处理叶和上一叶位叶片水杨酸(SA)含量明显上升,分别是对照的2.6倍和1.6倍,这表明该类拮抗细菌诱导的系统抗性可能与SA介导有关。

【Abstract】 Antagonistic bacteria Paenibacillus polymyxa W3, Y2 and Bacillus licheniformis W10, and their metabolites could induce systemic resistance against Botrytis cinerea in tomato leaves as expressed by reduced lesion area. After the treatment with W3 and its metabolite, the activity of peroxidase (POD), polypenoloxidase (PPO), phenylalanine ammonialyase (PAL) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) in the leaves was obviously increased. The activity of PAL reached peak at the first day after the treatment while the activity peak of POD and PPO occurred at the three day. SOD activity reached the maximum at the second day. Otherwise, the activity of PAL, POD, PPO and SOD was still higher than that of control at the sixth day. Active oxygen (O2-) in the leaves was increased at the first day by 85.6%-88.6% higher than that of control. Salicylic acid (SA) concentration was significantly increased in treated and untreated leaves, which was 2.6 fold and 1.6 fold respectively in comparison with that of control. The results indicated that SA could involve in the induction of systemic resistance by antagonistic bacteria.
