长江流域甘肃片生态环境特征及对生态环境建设的效应

【摘要】 长江流域甘肃片是长江上游重点水土流失区和全国四大地质灾害多发区之一,同时也是全国生态环境重点建设区。区域内地质、地貌、气象、土壤和植被等自然环境的脆弱性强,频发的地质灾害和严重的水土流失使得生态环境建设难度加大。近年来强烈的人为活动使区域生态环境表现为全面的强退化性和局部恢复性,决定了生态环境建设的长期性。由于地处三大地貌单元的交汇地带,片内森林和草原生态系统体现为多样性,为生态环境建设提供了较大的可选择性。
【Abstract】 The Yangtze River Basin in Gansu Province area is one of the most developed geological disasters areas in China, also an emphasis water and soil conservation area in Upper of the Yangtze River. The geological, climate, soil and vegetation conditions in this area are in fragility. Geological disasters happening in frequency and serious losses of water and soil make it harder to reconstruct the ecological environment. Though part of the area is in resume, the whole area is still in degeneration those past years, mainly caused by human activities. The reconstruction of the eco-environment is a long term. As ecosystem in this area shows its diversity, the reconstruction of the ecological environment has a wider selectivity.
