成分设计对预硬型塑料模具钢加工性能的影响

【摘要】 本文对不同成分配比的预硬型塑料模具钢的切削加工性能进行了对比性测试,并借助商用软件Thermo-Calc计算了非金属夹杂物析出情况与基体成分及温度的关系,并且预测了S、Ca元素的加入对易切削相析出行为的影响。结果表明,非金属夹杂物的存在显著影响钢的切削加工性能;通过计算机辅助成分设计可使预硬型塑料模具钢获得最佳的成分配比,从而有助于改善其切削加工性能。
【Abstract】 In this article the machinability of prehardened mold steel for plastic with different composition ratio is compared and studied. Aided by commercial software package Thermo-Calc, the relationship between the precipitation of non-metallic inclusion and steel-matrix composition and temperature is calculated. The results show that the inclusion precipitated in steel remarkably influences the machinability of steel; the optimum constituent and machining behavior of the steel are realized by using the tool of computational-aid composition design.
