CSP生产400/500MPa低碳高强度汽车板的组织与性能研究

【摘要】 对珠钢CSP生产的低碳钢研究的基础上,进行了高强度汽车板的试制研究工作。采用拉伸试验、光学显微镜和扫描电镜等方法研究了CSP线生产板带的力学性能和显微组织之间的关系。结果表明:成品板显微组织细小均匀,多边形铁素体平均晶粒尺寸约为5-7μm。由于晶粒组织细小且钢中夹杂物含量较低,板带的强度较高,力学性能优良,具有良好的冲压成形性能。
【Abstract】 According to the research of the low carbon steel thin slab and strip produced by CSP technology at Zhujiang Steel, the mechanical properties and microstructure characteristics had been studied on high strength automobile steel sheets by CSP technology using methods of tensile tests, optical and scanning electron microscope and so on. Microstructure of ZJ510L and ZJ590L strip is mainly polygonal ferrites, the average grain size is about 5-7μm. For steel sheets on CSP line, the strength and total elongation are high because of the fine microstructure and low quantity of impurities.
