调质工艺对SPV490钢组织和性能的影响

【摘要】 本文对调质处理后的试样进行金相组织分析和力学性能测试,得出满足性能要求的SPV490的调质处理工艺为900℃淬火+600-620℃回火。
【Abstract】 In this paper, effect of quenching and tempering temperature on microstrucutures and mechanical properties of SPV490 steel has been studied. According to the microstructures and the phases of the samples and comparing the mechanics properties, the reasonable quenching and tempering schedules have been proposed, that is quenching from 900℃ and tempering between 600 - 620℃.
