消除合金结构钢连铸坯夹渣的研究

【摘要】 本文采用先进的测试技术,并结合现场生产试验,查清了连铸坯产生夹渣的主要原因是浸入式水口穿裂、插入深度浅、结晶器电磁搅拌强度过大,造成结晶器卷渣而形成的。其次是钢包下渣卷入钢水中,钢中含[H]量高与大颗粒夹杂形成的渣气孔,Ca处理加入Si-Ca量大,钙侵蚀耐火材料形成mCaO·nAl2O3未上浮留在钢中等原因形成的。为此,采用提高耐火材料质量及合理烘烤制度,结晶器搅拌电流降至300-400A,浸入水口插入深度≥120mm,提高钢的纯净度,降低含[H]量,吨钢钙处理加入Si-Ca量控制在0.25-0.35kg,使合金结构钢连铸坯低倍夹渣完全消除,确保了合金结构钢连铸坯的内部质量。

【Abstract】 This paper intensive studies the primary sources of slag inclusions in structural alloy steel, by the means of the advanced measuring technology and some experiments on the spot. It has been considered that the primary sources come from that the submerged nozzle breakes, submerged depth of submerged nozzle is short in the mould, the stirring power of M-EMS (Mould Electromagnetic Stirring) is somewhat high so the slag inclusions is drawn, then that the slag inclusions from ladle is drawn, the amount of [H] in the molten steel is somewhat high, in the processing of Ca treatment the amount of Si-Ca to be used in the molten steel so the inclusions-gas holes and mCaO·nAl2O3 are formed. So the stirring power of the M-EMS has been decreased, submerged depth of the submerged nozzle has been increased (≥120mm), the amount of [H] in the molten steel has been decreased, the amount of Si-Ca in the Ca treatment processing has been were 0.25-0.35kg/t. And finally, the technology parameters to removal slag inclusions have been found out. The high quality of structural alloy steel has been obtained.
