【Abstract】 The heat flux distribution in the mould near meniscus is investigated based on the online detection of the temperature and heat flux of the round billet caster at Baosteel. It is found that processing parameters of the caster mainly impact on the performance of heat flux near and a certain below the meniscus, while below the middle of mould there is no significant response. It is deduced that the heat flux distribution essentially results from the status of caster installation and regulation.更多还原
