加入WTO以后我国球黏土更应成为独立矿种
NECSSARY ESTABLISHMENT OF BALL CLAY SPECIFICATION IN CHINA AFTER ENTERING WTO

【摘要】 20年前,上海宝钢由日本设计的一种高级耐火材料,需用球黏土做结合剂,当时我国无此产品销售,只得高价从美国进口。近年来经过我们专题研究,甄别和发现了大量的球黏土矿区还有深加工产品,改进口为出口。且英、美等国相继要来中国开发。因此,我国球黏土应有国家储量规范,像高岭土、耐火黏土一样成为独立的矿种。特别是加入WTO以后,必须与国际接轨,更应成为独立的矿种和有相应的规范,供大家遵守和采用。
【Abstract】 The conclusion was drawn that there was no ball clay in China accordine to the existing specification 20 years ago when a Japanese expert designed Cr-corundum sliding brick with ball clay binding agent for shanghai Baoshan steel plant and the ball clay was imported from U.S.A. Resarches in recent years reveal that a lot of ball clay mineral resources occur in China and ball clay is exported from China. W.B.B, a Britain company has set up a ball clay development Co. in China. U. S. A, Japan South karea etc. are importing ball clay from China in large uol-ume. Therefore, the state reserves specification of ball clay is urgently needed to establish and ball clay should be in-dendent from the other clay mineral resources to join the rail of the international market.
