基于针状ZnO纳米粉末厚膜的气敏特性

【摘要】 采用金属蒸气氧化的方法制备了针状ZnO纳米粉末。测试了基于纳米粉末的厚膜对挥发性有机化合物(VOCs)苯、甲苯、二甲苯、乙醇和丙酮蒸气的气敏特性,并与以市售颗粒状ZnO粉末制备的厚膜比较。结果发现与市售ZnO相比,基于针状纳米ZnO粉末厚膜的敏感度大大提高,最佳敏感温度降低,响应和回复时间大大缩短。通过原始粉末的形貌、大小以及厚膜的表面形貌分析了厚膜气敏特性的差异。

【Abstract】 Needle-shape ZnO nanopowders were prepared by the method of metallic vapor-phase oxidation. The gas-sensing properties of thick film based on needle-shape ZnO nanopowder to volatile organic compounds (VOCs), benzene, toluene. xylene. ethyl alcohol and acetone were measured, and compared to the thick film based on commercially granular ZnO powder. The result showed that gas sensitivity of the thick film based on needle-shape ZnO nanopowder was greater, and its optimum sensitivity temperature was lower and response- recovery time is shorter than that of the thick film based on commercially granular ZnO powder. The difference in gas-sensing properties between the thick films is discussed in according to the size and morphology of raw powder and surface morphology of the thick films.
