碳纳米管对有机抗静电剂提高丙纶纤维抗静电能力的影响

【摘要】 基于聚合物与抗静电剂混纺而形成的“海岛”型内部结构的通过基团吸湿放电而消除静电的抗静电原理,以碳纳米管混纺于有机抗静电剂应用于聚合物纤维。碳纳米管强化抗静电载体用围的电场,促进了基团放电过程。通过摩擦静电荷的测试结果显示:碳纳米管的加入显著地提高了聚合物纤维的抗静电能力。经过空气氧化和高温石墨化处理的碳纳米管,抗静电效果进一步显著。

【Abstract】 Carbon nanotubes (CNTs) were used in antistatic polymer fibers based on inter structure of "sea-island" form. Carbon nanotubes were treated by physical and chemical methods. Initial carbon nanotubes and treated carbon nanotubes were filled in organic antistatic agent and cospun with polymer fibers by different contents and the dynamic friction electrostatic charges were measured. It was shown that these fibers have superior antistatic abilities and the carbon nanotubes treated by air oxidization and high temperature created the further elevated antistatic effect.
