电弧放电法制备洋葱状富勒烯的工艺探讨

【摘要】 探索了金属氧化物作催化剂,电弧放电宏量制备纳米洋葱状富勒烯的理想工艺,用透射电镜(TEM)和高分辨透射电镜(HRTEM)对产物的形貌、结构进行了观察与分析。结果表明有大量纳米洋葱状富勒烯生成,并且纳米洋葱状富勒烯晶化程度很高,直径均匀(约为25nm),结构较完善。为洋葱状富勒烯的宏量制备提供了有利线索。

【Abstract】 The synthesis of onion-like fullerenes was investigated by traditional DC arc discharge method. A resolution transmission electron microscope(TEM) and a high resolution transmission electron microscope(HRTEM) were used to characterize the morphologies and miscrostrucrures of the product. Observations indicated that there were large quantities of onion-like fullerene, and the nano-onion-like fullerenes were highly crystallized, with uniform exteral diameter of about 25nm and the structure was perfect. That provided a good cue for the synthesis of large quantities of onion-like fullerenes.
