植物抗病基因的克隆与研究
Plant Disease Resistance Genes and Its Cloning Approaches

【摘要】 20世纪90年代以来,随着分子生物学的飞速发展及生物信息学的广泛应用,植物抗病基因的克隆与研究取得了长足的进步。本文就10多年来对植物抗病基因的克隆方法,抗病基因的结构与功能,抗病基因的进化,以及基于抗病基因产物的保守结构域而实施的同源序列克隆法作一评述。
【Abstract】 With the rapid development of Biology and extensive application ofBioinfomatics, dominant advances in the studies and cloning of plant disease genes wereobtained during the past decade. The paper reviewed the cloning approaches in the morethan 20 genes resistant to virus, bacteria, fungi and nematodes; their structures andfunctions; and the evolution of the cloned disease resistance genes. In addition, a newcloning strategy based on the conserved NBS-LRR domain was sketched out.
