【Abstract】 To improve nutrient quality of wheat grain, the cDNA sequence of ricestorage protein glutelin Gt1 gene was transferred into wheat by biolistic bombardment.SDS-PAGE analysis indicated that the glutelin was accumulated in transgenic wheatendosperm. PCR analysis of T1 generation of transgenic plant indicate that the cDNAsequence of Gt1 gene was integrated into the genome of transgenic plant.更多还原
