北京公共交通发展战略建议

【摘要】 解决好北京的交通问题,关键是要认识其特性,抓住主要矛盾,并采取相应的措施。本文通过分析指出,北京的道路系统存在着总量不足和结构不合理的缺陷,这使得北京市中心区车多路少,“求”大于“供”的矛盾比其他城市更加突出。因此,大力发展公共交通是世界各城市解决交通拥挤时普遍采用的方法。这些年来,北京市公共交通有了较大发展,但也存在着各种各样的问题,要想使公共交通快速健康的发展,关键是研究制定好公交发展战略。本文通过对北京公交现状及问题的分析,提出了公交发展战略,即必须坚持两个可持续发展和四个基本理念。必须从线网规划、经济政策、改革开放和科技进步、客运市场管理等方面予以全面考虑。更多还原

【Abstract】 The key to solve traffic problems of Beijing is to recognize transportation characteristics, grasp main problems and implement measures. The author of this article makes a full analysis and points out that the disadvantage of Beijing road system is insufficient road resources and irrational structure. So the contradiction like transport supplies visi passenger demands gets more serious than other cities of China. The author thinks that the only way to solve traffic problems of Beijing is to transport more passengers and goods with limited road resources. Comparing with private transport, Public transportation is a large capacity and intensified transport means with efficient use of road resources.. Recent year, Beijing public transportation has developed greatly, but there still have a lot of problems. With greatly development of public transportation we must establish Beijing Public transportation development stratagems to insisting onTwo Sustainable Development and Four Basic Conceptions. Service planning, economy policies, reform and opening, technology advancement and passenger market management should be taken into account.更多还原
