高温对迷迭香水提取液清除超氧阴离子自由基的影响

【摘要】 目的:观察高温120℃对迷迭香水提液体外清除02-的影响。方法:利用AP-TEMED系统产生02-,分别加入经60℃、120℃处理过的迷迭香水提液,并与维生素(V-C)对照。用分光光度法测量含量,并计算清除率。结果:两个温度处理的迷迭香水提液含量分别为1.36umol/1和1.05umol/l,清除率分别为51.7%和56.4%,均有明显的抗02-能力,比较无显著性(p<0.05),但02-清除率较V-C低(P<0.01)。结论:在120℃对迷迭香清除02-无明显影响。
【Abstract】 Objective: The effects were observed about Rosmarinus officinaiis L clearing away O2 in a temperature of 120℃. Methods: The O2 that were produced by the system of AP-TEMED were put in the soaks of Rosmarinus officinaiis L that were treated in the temperatures of 60℃ and 120 ℃.The Clearance Rate of O2 was compared with that in therespectively vitamin C group. The contect of O2 was measured by Altraviolet Spectrophotometer. Rusults: Both Rosmarinus officinaiis L treated in the two high temperatures could effectively remove O2-, the results were the same(p>0.05). But the clearingrates in the two groups were lower that that in the vitamin C group (p<0.01). Conclusion: This study suggests that the temperature of 120℃ was ineffective on the clearance of by Rosmarinus officinaiis L.
