【Abstract】 Public policy consists of all characteristics of engineering actions. Policy action is a sort of engineering actions to reconstruct society. Social science theoretically leads public policy, while public policy practically have an integral application of the theories of social science, public policy ought to adopt some research methodology from engineering, and promote innovation both in theory and practice.更多还原
