【摘要】 目的:筛选出操作方法简便,结果稳定可控的大鼠创伤性肠粘连模型,观察中药复方黄厚排气颗粒对其粘连程度的影响。方法:选用SD大鼠,手术造成肠粘连模型,用中药复方2.5、5.0、10.0g/kg连续治疗7d后观察肠粘连程度。结果:以盲肠型动物模型的制备较为理想,手术易于操作,结果稳定可控。用中药复方治疗后模型动物的肠粘连程度得到明显改善。结论:黄厚排气颗粒对术后肠粘连有一定的预防作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM:To screen out the steady and controllable animal model and study the effect of the compound TCM on the degree of intestinal adhesion in rats after surgery. METHODS: To fed SD rats of intestinal adhesion model after surgery with the compound TCM 2. 5、 5.0、10. 0 g·kg-1·d-1 continuously for 7 days and study the degree of intestinal adhesion. RESULTS:It is better perfect for mading the model on caecum which is easy,steady and controllable . Compound TCM could obviously improve the degree of intestinal adhesion in rats after surgery. CONCLUSIONS :Huanghou Paiqi Granule has preventive effect on intestinal adhesion.更多还原
