青藏铁路多年冻土区现浇混凝土涵洞基础水化热对路基热状况影响

【摘要】 现浇混凝土涵洞基础施工过程中的水化热对冻土区路基热状况产生很大影响,本文针对目前青藏铁路涵洞基础施工中的这一实际问题,根据带相变瞬态温度场问题的热量平衡控制微分方程进行了数值分析研究,认为:冻土区铁路路基涵洞的现浇混凝土的水化热在第一年的前半年内对路基基底多年冻土的温度场影响较大,以后影响逐渐减小。进行现浇混凝土涵洞基础设计和施工时,可以通过热工计算,在基底加设一定厚度的聚氨脂保温板以抵消水化热影响,减少对路基热状况的扰动,保证路基的热稳定性。
【Abstract】 The construction of the foundation of concrete culvert could have great effect on the thermal state of roadbed built on permafrost re-gions.According to the real conditions of the construction of Qinghai-Tibet Railway,calculation has been done to simulate the two-dimensionalhest transfer model with phase changed.The result shows that the construction of the foundation of concrete culvert does have great effect onthe roadbed built on the permafrost regions within the first year.However,this influence can be controlled by PU with certain thickness laid onthe roadbed and the thermal state of the roadbed can be protected.
