【Abstract】 Hand-held scoepmeter is an important embranchment of digital storage oscilloscope,which is comprehensively used in industry fields. An implementation of hand-held scoepmeter, which based on double channel 100MSPS sampling system,has been discussed. The article analyzes the key part of the design in detail. The principle and the implementation of a 200MSPS high-speed acquisition system are discussed. All of digital function circuits,such as full digital trigger circuit,LCD display control and display data synchronization circuits,data acquisition control and storage circuits are set in FPGA.
