【摘要】 将160只SPF试验鸡随机分为2个组。第一组80只,在60日龄时免疫鸡传染性喉气管炎重组鸡痘疫苗200003批,免疫剂量为105PFU;第二组80只鸡.作为试验对照。免疫后的7、14、21、30、60、90、120、150、180和225天分别采血,分离血清.采用ELISA方法检测血清抗FPV抗体.结果表明重组疫苗免疫后14天.免疫鸡血清抗体已经全部阳转.免疫后的21天血清抗FPV的抗体出现峰值.此后便开始下降.到免疫后的6个月抗体水平已经接近阴性对照的水平。用ILTV WG株和FPV 102株强毒进行的攻毒保护试验与血清检测的结果基本一致,在免疫后的5个月内可以使免疫鸡获得100%保护.免疫后的6个月对ILT和FP的免疫保护分别为1/7和2/10.此时需要对鸡群实施二次免疫。更多还原

【Abstract】 160 SPF chickens were randomly divided into two groups; the first group (80 chickens) was inoculated with 105PFU recombinant fowlpox virus (lot NO. 200003) at 60 -days-old. The second group was set as non-vaccinate control. At day on 7, 14, 21, 30, 60, 90, 120, 150, 180 and 225 after immunization serum sample was taken and ELISA method was used to detect antibody against FPV, results showed that antibody level turned positive in two weeks, and came to peak at the third week, then slowly declined. At the 6th month, it dropped to the same level as that of control. The antibody level is in accordance with viral challenge test of 1LTV and FPV. At 5th month 100% protection were obtained to viral challenge, while at 6th month, the protective rate was only 1/7 and 2/10 to ILTV and PFV challenge, respectively.
