【摘要】 根据从GenBank上查到的PMV-2型Yucaipa株F基因序列-D13977序列.设计特异性引物,从禽副粘病毒2型Yucaipa标准株成功地克隆了F基因全编码序列。所测的核苷酸序列大小为1654bp,编码一个含536个氨基酸残基的多肽(未加工前).分子量约为55.75kDa。裂解位点在F基因的第98和第99个氨基酸残基之间.F2蛋白羧基端裂解位点区的氨基酸残基序列为Lys-Pro-Ala-Ser-Arg。F基因序列同源性比较结果表明本研究所测的序列是PMV-2型F基因序列.并进一步证实了副粘病毒2型与分离自猴的Murayama病毒在系统进化上有非常紧密的关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to GenBank D13977 sequence, F gene of PMV-2 strain Yucaipa was cloned and se-quenced. The sequenced F gene is 1654 nucleotide long and contain a single open reading frame encoding a polypeptide of 536 amino acids with a predicted molecular weight (MW) of 55. 75 kDa. FO protein is cut into F2 and Fl protein between the 98th and 99th amino acid residue. The F2/F1 cleavage site in carboxyl terminus of F2 protein is Lys -Pro -Ala -Ser -Arg, which is similar to that of Murayama virus (Lys -Pro -Thr -Ala -Arg). Comparative analysis of F gene sequences of PMV-2 viruses showed that the sequence was PMV-2 F gene sequence. Murayama virus isolated from Cynomologus Monkeys was also proved to have close relationship with paramyxovirus type 2 by comparing F genes of PMV-2 with that of Murayama virus.更多还原
