【Abstract】 Because of the disturbance by all kinds of factors, there is always some deviation during the implementation and performance process of the core competence strategy. An early warning systems designed to find out and forecast the core competence strategy crisis on time, to control it in real time and maintain the sustainability and high efficiency.
