复合旋伞静电收尘器极配实验研究

【摘要】 通过对复合旋伞静电收尘器的圆伞形和方伞形两种收极板,与十字管芒刺、间隔管芒刺、钢丝绳芒刺、扁芒刺和扁花齿线等几种电晕线的极配实验,可得出方伞形收尘极与扁花齿电晕线为最佳极配。在水泥磨上配套使用由此极配构成的电场和旋风复合型收尘器,当粉尘入口浓度为196g/m3时,电场风速为0.85m/s,收尘效率可达99.92 %。
【Abstract】 The plate current densities and the dust collection efficiency were measured in the vertical tube electrostatics precipitator(ESP) , whose collection electrodes are the crossed prong pipe, in terval crossed prong pipe,thin prong and x-type thinprong,respectively. The results showed that in the some condition the square umbrella type plates matched the x-type prong best. A demon stration goes well. Adust collector is equipped for a φ2:2m×6. 5m sizecet mill with 4 cyclones for pre-collecting dust and 4 vertical tube ESPS with the chosen wire-plate and 6m long electric field for further collecting in series is equipped. When the inlet dust concentration was 196g/m3, the velocity 0. 85m/s the collection efficiency achieved 99. 92%
