大型锻件内孔隙性裂纹自修复的能量判据
Energy Criterion for Cavity-type Crack Self-healing in Heavy Forging

【摘要】 为了通过数值模拟研究大型锻件内部孔隙性裂纹自修复,文章借鉴裂纹扩展的G判据,建立了孔隙性裂纹自修复的能量判据,提出了孔隙性裂纹自修复驱动力,通过能量判据将孔隙性裂纹扩展和修复两种演化方式统一起来。使用能量判据很好地解释孔隙性裂纹修复过程中的现象,为进一步的数值模拟研究建立了基础。
【Abstract】 In order to study the self-healing of cavity-type crack in heavy forging by numerical modeling,energy criterion for cavity-type crack self-healing was founded refer to the G criterion for crack extension and driving force of self-healing was also proposed.The extension and self-healing of crack were associated by the energy criterion.The phenomena discovered during crack self-healing could be explained by the criterion.It founded the ground of numerical modeling research of crack self-healing in heavy forging.
