影响轮廓仪测量精度因素的分析
THE ANALYSION OF INFLUENCE ON MEASUREMENT ACCURACYOF PROFILE INSTRUMENTS

【摘要】 重点阐述了影响轮廓仪测量精度的因素:触针针尖半径及触针角度、测量力、测量基准线、测量头移动速度、轮廓仪校准后的基本误差。并提出了评定表面粗糙度应依据的基本原则:测量方向、表面缺陷、测量部位,以及使用轮廓仪测量零件表面粗糙度应注意的问题。
【Abstract】 The poper expound the factors that influence on measurement accuracy of profile instruments,including the radiius and angle of stylus,the power of measuring,the zero line of measuring,the measurement head’s speed of measuring and profile instruments’ basic error.And expound the basic principle of evaluating surface rougheness: the direction of measuring,surface imperfection,measurment position.Attentions were paid to surface roughness measured by profile instruments.
