微弧氧化陶瓷膜的形貌及相组成分析

【摘要】 本文对于不同电解质溶液中铝微弧氧化膜的形成进行了研究,并对试样尺寸变化进行了分析;借助于XRD、SEM等手段,对铝微弧氧化陶瓷层组织结构及表面形貌进行了分析。结果表明:铝微弧氧化的试样尺寸变化与电解质溶液体系有关;在Na2SiO3电解质中,能够形成结构、性能较好的氧化膜,同时保证试样尺寸的稳定性,但处理时间不宜太长。
【Abstract】 Discharge phenomena of micro-arc oxidation in different electrolytic solutions are discussed in this paper. Change of the sample dimension was analyzed. The phase structure and the topography of micro-arc oxidation coatings were analyzed by using X-ray diffraction and scan electric microscope. The experimental results showed that change of sample dimension was related to the electrolytic solution systems during micro-arc oxidation. Ceramic coating possessed better phase structure and property in Na2SiO3 electrolytic solution, but treat time should not too long.
