碳纳米管团聚体的水相分散性能
Dispersion of Carbon Nanotubes Agglomerates in Water

【摘要】 利用激光粒度仪测定了碳纳米管团聚体在液相中的粒度和粒度分布,并以此作为研究手段考察了研磨、超声强度、分散介质和稳定剂对碳纳米管团聚体分散性能的影响。实验结果表明,研磨对团聚体有破碎作用,超声波对团聚体有分散作用,研磨与短时间、高强度的超声相配合分散效果最好,不同形态碳纳米管的分散性能差异较大。
【Abstract】 Carbon nanotubes (CNTs) manufactured in a nano-agglomerate fluidized-bed reactor (NAFBR) by catalytic decomposition method have special agglomerate structure. Electron microscopy and laser particle character system were used to investigate the morphometrics of the CNTs and the dispersion behavior of these CNTs agglomerates under different intensities of ultrasound, mediums and dispersion agents. The results indicate that trituration and ultrasound have great effect on the dispersion of CNTs agglomerates. It is shown that different forms of CNTs have quite different dispersion behaviors. Crook and short CNTs can be more easily dispersed in water than thin-long CNTs.
