迷宫高温气固分离器流场分析
Theoretical Analysis of Flow Field of U-Beam Labyrinth High Temperature Gas-Solid Separator

【摘要】 根据撞击流理论,建立了U-Beam迷宫分离器受限撞击流的理论模型。理论和实验研究结果表明:改进后的撞击流理论很好地描述了U-Beam内外的流场。U-Beam底部存在一个对气固分离十分有利的区域,这个区域中压力变化非常小,制约U-Beam分离效率的主要因素有两条:一是压力的积累对来流携带的颗粒具有推斥作用;二是不规则涡旋造成颗粒运动方向的随机变化,有些已经分离下来的颗粒又被涡旋流动带走。实验结果显示,U-Beam对封顶和封底的结构十分敏感,实验条件下封顶处有明显的气体环流,而封底处则存在小涡旋。
【Abstract】 A theoretical model describing flow field of U-Beam element, called limited impinging stream (LIS) is presented, according to impinging stream theory after Tamir. Theatrical analysis and experimental results show that the limited impinging stream method could describe the flow field of U-Beam element, there is a favorable zone near deep wall of U-Beam, where there is less pressure fluctuation, there are two main factors limiting gas solid separation efficiency, they are: accumulated higher pressure providing a repelling force and irregular vortex and/or eddy changing particle’s direction randomly. Some captured particles are entrained by the vortex. Experimental result shows that U-Beam is very sensitive to its end structures, an obvious circle stream has been observed in the uper end of U-Beam, and smaller vortex observed in the lower end of U-Beam.
