老年人犯罪与精神障碍的相关因素分析——附39例司法精神医学鉴定资料

【摘要】 随着社会老龄化的进展,老年人的身心健康已逐渐受到重视,老年人的违法犯罪问题也越来越引起社会的关注,但国内对这类问题的研究较少。本文总结了我院十年间司法鉴定中有关老年人犯罪的39件案例,对资料进行分析后得出结论,老年人犯罪年龄集中在60-69岁之间,男性多于女性,以文化程度和社会层次偏低的人群为主,诸多复杂的社会心理因素对老年人犯罪起着重要的影响。在本组杀人案件中,尤为突出的是受嫉妒妄想支配的犯罪动机。鉴定诊断与国外报道不符,须加强对老年人的监护。更多还原

【Abstract】 The health of the old people’s body and mind is attached importance to by our community in the process of increasing of social senile people, and the crime of old folks also is concerned. But there are few of domestic study about this kind of problem. In this article, we analyze judicial authentication about 39 related cases occurred in our hospital in recent ten years, the results indicated that criminals age fasten on 60-69 years old people, and more male than female, the major folks is focus on the low educated level and social level. Many complicated social psychological problem is the key facts for senile crime. Homicide motivation is controlled by Envy and deliria mainly in our analyses case. The critical diagnosis is different from alien. And We need to guard the old people seriously.更多还原
