【Abstract】 After on analysis of the ability to bear the Criminal responsibility under different drank stales in the 6 typical cases, we draw the concluson that one shoulel bear the criminal responsibility wher he is in any drank state. And what’s more, it reveals mat it is nat only when one is in a state of pathological drank resulting from a self-indulgent behavior tat can be judged as having no ahiliey for a criminal responsibility.更多还原
