碳基体种类对C/C复合材料抗烧蚀性能的影响

【摘要】 本文利用电弧驻点烧蚀实验考察了三种具有不同碳基体的毡基C/C复合材料的抗烧蚀性能。研究结果表明:本次实验中的沥青碳基体C/C试样的烧蚀率最高,抗烧蚀性能最差;具有热解碳—树脂碳混合碳基体C/C试样的抗烧蚀性能最佳,其线烧蚀率比沥青碳基体C/C低56%;热解碳基体C/C试样在密度低5%的情况下,其线烧蚀率却比沥青碳基体C/C试样低14%,表现出更好的抗烧蚀性能;经封孔处理的沥青碳基体C/C试样在密度略有增加、石墨化度基本不变的情况下,材料的线烧蚀率降低了18%。
【Abstract】 The ablative performance of C/C composites with different carbon matrix was investigated by stagnation point ablation test. The results showed that the mixed carbon matrix (pyrolytic carbon and resin-based carbon) C/C composites which had the highest graphitization degree, had the best anti-ablative performances. Its Linear ablative rate was only 44 % of the rate of the pitch-based carbon matrix C/C samples. Compared with the pitch-based carbon matrix C/C, the linear ablative rate of pyrolytic carbon matrix C/C was less by 14 % , though its density was still 5 % lower. The sealing process taken on the pitch-based carbon matrix C/C samples made the linear ablative rate of the samples lower by 18 % . The microstructures of varioas kinds of carbon matrix C/C were also attentively observed and discussed.
