采用差示扫描量热法测量铝基复合材料中增强相含量的研究

【摘要】 增强相的含量是复合材料的基本参量之一。传统的测量方法精确性差、实验过程繁琐。本文提出了采用差示扫描量热法分别测量基体合金与复合材料的熔化峰和凝固峰,根据峰面积计算出复合材料中增强相的含量的实验方法。对L2/Al2O3f,Al-4.5Cu/Al2O3f和LD2/SiCw三种体系复合材料的测量结果表明,该方法测量结果准确、快速、用材少。采用熔化峰和凝固峰测量增强相的含量得到的结果相近。但考虑到复合材料在熔化后再次凝固时可能会发生界面反应,从而降低测量的准确性,建议采用熔化峰面积来测量增强相的含量。

【Abstract】 The reinforcement content is one of the most important characteristics of a composite. It is inaccurate and complicated to measure the reinforcement content by custom technique. In this article, a Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC) is used to monitor the melting and solidification peaks of the monolithic alloy and the composite, then the reinforcement content of the composite is calculated according to the area of the peaks. It is proved that this technique is accurate, rapid and material saving in view of the measurement results of the L2/Al2O3f, Al-4.5Cu/Al2 O3f and LD2/SiCw composites. There are little differences between the results measured by the melting and solidification peaks. But accounting for the interfacial reactions during the solidification processing that will make the measured results inaccurate, it is advisable to measure the reinforcement content by the melting peak.
