Al18B4O33w/NiO/Al复合材料的高温轧制变形行为

【摘要】 在500℃下对Al18B4O33w/NiO/Al复合材料进行轧制变形,利用扫描电子显微镜和透射电子显微镜研究了复合材料高温轧制变形前后的微观组织,对热轧之后复合材料的拉伸性能进行了测试。结果表明复合材料的高温轧制变形行为与复合材料的界面状态密切相关,轧制过程中复合材料中的晶须发生转动,有些晶须被折断,较强的界面结合不利于复合材料的高温轧制变形。

【Abstract】 Al18 B4 O33 w/NiO/Al composites were hot rolled at 500℃, and the microstiuctures of the composites before and after hot deformation were studied by scanning electronic microscope and transmission electric microscope. The tensile properties of hot rolled composites were also investigated. The results indicated that the interfacial state of composites is closely related to the hot rolling behaviors of composites, the whiskers in composite were reorientated and some whiskers were broken during the hot rolling process. The higher interface strength of the composites is not be propitious to the hot rolling deformation.
