乳液模板法制备聚羟基丁酸酿多孔支架材料的研究

【摘要】 本文采用乳液模板法结合层压技术制备了组织工程用聚羟基丁酸酯多孔支架材料。通过扫描电镜观察、模拟体内降解及生物相容性实验研究,表明PHB具有良好的生物相容性及生物可降解性,适合用做组织工程支架材料。
【Abstract】 Three-dimensional PHB porous scaffolds were prepared based on the mono-membrane fabricated by emulsion templates method and investigated by the scanning electron microscope(SEM), degradation experiment and biocompat-ible test, which indicated that PHB is suitable to use as a biomaterial in tissue engineering for its good biocompatibility.
