智能交流接触器零电流分断控制技术
Broken Control Technology of Intelligent AC Contactor during current-zero

【摘要】 本文通过对三相系统的电流波形分析,提出实现智能交流接触器三相触头的零电流分断控制方案。通过改变接触器触头系统的结构,使三相触头系统具有不同的开距。通过实验,找出首开相的最佳分断控制区域。实现了传统交流接触器无法实现的零电流分断控制技术。从而大大提高了接触器的电寿命,提高了接触器的操作频率。通过在接触器中对此技术的深入研究,可进一步扩大到其他开关电器中,是一种有着广阔前景的新技术。
【Abstract】 On the basis of analyzing the current wave in three-phase alternating current system, the paper put forward the control method to realize zero-current broken in three-phase contacts of intelligent AC contactor. By the change of contact-structure of AC contactor, three-phase contacts have the different distance between open contacts. By the experiment, the optimum broken control area has been found out for the first broken contacts. Intelligent AC contactor realizes the zero-current broken control technology and three-phase contacts have no arc or just small arc in the contact opening process. It is impossible for tradition AC contactor. So the electrical endurance of intelligent AC contactor has been improved greatly. The operate fregency of AC contactor has been promoted. By research deeply into the zero-broken control technology in intelligent AC contactor, we can explore to the control technology in other switching apparatus. It will be a very good new technology.
